Travel essentials laid out on a map, including a colorful brochure for Interrail pass, sunglasses, coins, a camera, a small lock, a padlock code, a pair of red sneakers, a small potted succulent, an eye mask, a small pack of pills, a suitcase, and a pink container of pills. Custom Trips built around you

Every traveler is different — and the right trip takes more than a list of places to visit. I match your interests, pace, and budget with trusted in-country partners and travel options that deliver the experience you want.

How Custom Trip Planning Works

Close-up of a person's hand holding a pen and checking off boxes on a handwritten to-do list in a notebook with grid paper.

It starts with a conversation. I'll send you a short inquiry form, so I understand what you're looking for: where you want to go, how you like to travel, what your budget looks like, and what experiences matter most to you.

From there, I do the research. I find the best suppliers, accommodations, tours, and logistics to match what you're after, or I build the itinerary myself from the ground up. Either way, you get a full proposal at or just over your maximum budget, so we have room to work with. Then we go back and forth, tweaking and refining until it feels right. Once it does, we book it.

I bring a first responder's attention to detail to every itinerary, so nothing important gets missed. That means a trip that's thorough and reliable, built so you can actually relax once you're on it.

Destination I love planning

I send clients to some incredible places. Here are a few I know well and love helping people explore:

  • Ireland: coastal hikes, ancient history, local pubs worth finding

  • New Zealand: dramatic fjords, glacier hikes, and Lord of the Rings country

  • Mexico: all-inclusive escapes, Mayan ruins, and coastal adventure

  • Iceland: northern lights, waterfalls, volcanic landscapes

  • Caribbean: island hopping, all-inclusive resorts, and turquoise coastlines

  • Croatia: island hopping, historic old towns, Adriatic coastline

  • Scotland: rugged highlands, castles, whisky trails

  • Alaska: glaciers, wildlife, and some of the best cruise routes anywhere

  • Hawaii: island hopping, volcanic parks, and real local culture, not just resorts

  • Tuscany and Italy: food, wine, and history layered into every town

Have a destination in mind that's not on this list? Let's talk about it.

  • Honest guidance from someone who has traveled to or researched these places thoroughly

Who Custom Trips Are Best For

Custom trips work best if you know roughly what you want but don't want to spend hours researching it yourself, or if you have a loose idea and need help turning it into something real. If you've been putting off a trip because it feels too complicated to plan, this is exactly the kind of project I take on.
